Apara Social Skills Group
Are you concerned about your child's social interactions and ability to make friends? We invite you to be a part of our transformative 16-week program focused on nurturing self-awareness, enhancing communication skills, navigating social gatherings, and effectively handling teasing or bullying. Through engaging discussions, we'll address the pressing challenges individuals face today and equip them with proactive strategies to solve problems and forge meaningful connections with others. Join us on this journey of growth and empowerment!

The DoSeum
Experience the joy of The DoSeum's exclusive sensory-friendly hours, where children requiring sensory modifications can explore the exhibits without the hindrances of excessive noises, effects, or crowds. These special hours are open to any child in need of sensory modifications, including those on the Autism Spectrum (ASD), children with sensory processing disorders, or any child who would benefit from exhibit adjustments. To ensure maximum comfort, we happily offer sunglasses and earplugs for a more enjoyable tour of The DoSeum!

San Antonio Zoo
The zoo provides a sensory-friendly guide that highlights areas with potential sensory triggers, such as loud noises or crowded spaces. They also offer designated quiet zones and sensory bags with tools to help children regulate their sensory experiences.
