The experts in their field. BCBAs have been exclusively trained in creating, implementing, evaluating and supervising a variety of ABA programs and interventions and specialize in behavior management and developing behavior analytic interventions.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- Experience (1 year minimum)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Mentoring and coaching the therapists working with them.
Registered Behavior Therapists are the backbone of the clinical teams. Tasked with implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition. Interacts daily with families to record data and communicate clinical progress. Working directly with clients daily and under the supervision of a BCBA.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to work autonomously
BCaBA and QASPs are Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts will conduct assessments, analyze data, write and revise treatment plans and train others therapists. BCaBAs work directly under BCBAs and receive supervision on the path to BCBA.
